2013 wing D.J. Fenner has had a great year so far for Seattle Prep. Fenner moved back to Seattle in the summer of last year and returned with his former High School team. With a team loaded of D1 prospects, Seattle Prep are front runners to win the State Championship. If the team plans to win it all, they will need their star junior to stay consistent.
The Seattle Prep Bulldog has a developed body at the high school level that a lot of guards don’t quite have yet. With that being said, Fenner uses his frame to get to the rim and can back down his opponent. Fenner displays nice body control while attacking the rim and is able to knock down the mid-range jump shot.
Last week Fenner had a monster game against Franklin High school and dropped a season high 33 points. This upcoming summer will be a huge summer for the young man. With a lot of interest from colleges in the Pac-12 and across the nation, Fenner will be on a mission this AAU season to prove he can compete against the best of the best.
Left Coast Recruiting will be keeping tabs on the Seattle Prep star.
